Why NEST exists
Running an education and care service is meaningful work. It is also complex, relentless and too often isolating.
NEST brings the operational systems you rely on together with the people you can rely on. It is one place to stay across compliance, keep quality improvement moving and talk through the hard questions with leaders who genuinely understand.
Less time second-guessing paperwork. More time leading your team, supporting children and lifting the quality of education and care.
Everything in one NEST
The practical backbone for your service, paired with a generous community of leaders who believe the whole sector gets stronger when we share what works.
Policies, procedures, risk assessments, checklists and service requirements — organised and visible.
Capture consultation, critical reflection and evidence as it happens, not the week before assessment.
Practical Quality Area guidance and real service examples help you see gaps early and lead with confidence.
Ask the people who understand the job — owners, Approved Providers, Directors and Educational Leaders.
Your complete policy suite, personalised to your service and updated as requirements change.
Induction, appraisals and trackable training, with a clear view of what is done and what needs attention.
Connected by trusted expertise
NEST works with industry-leading partners and experienced sector voices to help services thrive, find practical answers and connect with expertise they can trust. The community stays human; the support around it is deliberately strong.

NEST is built for independent education and care services — owners, Approved Providers, Directors and Educational Leaders across Australia.
NEST is a private, paid professional network with operations and compliance systems attached. It is not a public social feed. Conversations stay with service leaders, and the tools sit beside the community.
Unlimited access to the complete NEST platform: assessment and rating tools, operations and compliance dashboard, up-to-date policies, risk assessments and checklists, staff compliance and training, family and educator feedback, and the private national community.

Yes. That is the point. Owners, Approved Providers, Directors and Educational Leaders can ask questions, share examples and solve problems with people who do the same job.
If you work with the sector and want to talk about a partnership, email office@nestnetwork.com.au.
No. NEST is for services that want to stay ready, lift quality and stop working in isolation — including already high-performing services.
Because operators were managing compliance, documentation and day-to-day operations in isolation. NEST puts the systems and the community in one place so leaders can spend more time with teams and children.
You already carry enough on your own.
